Design

The Polycrown studio provides a full design support service for all products and procedures.

Customer supplied artwork is preferred in AI - CDR – PDF – EPS  for vector images and all non-standard fonts should be converted to ‘curves’.
JPEGS produce the best results at 600 dpi and above with a 1mm bleed.

In all cases the better the artwork, the better the finished product so we will always discuss design improvements and alterations with the customer before artwork is signed off.

Digital Printing

We offer an unrivalled quality in self-adhesive digital print specifically for doming in association with development partners Xerox and Madico Graphic Films.All graphics are cut via a digital process.

Screen Printing

Quality colour matched and colourfast high definition screen-printing
All graphics are cut via a digital process.

Trade Doming

We also dome customer’s own printed media supplied to us to an agreed specification.

Sampling

Sample packs are available on request reflecting the specific area of interest and some pre-production samples may incur minimal costs.

Quality Control

Each stage of production is subject to quality monitoring before final inspection and packaging and reflects our aim to provide the highest quality defect free products on time, every time.
A Certificate of Conformity is available upon request and all materials used in the manufacture of our products conform to both *COSHH and ROSHH regulations.

Quotations

We offer an immediate quotation service faxed or emailed to the customer where all relevant information has been provided at the time of request.

Ordering

An official order by email, fax or post is required before any order can be processed. Orders should contain full specification where possible and include Quantity, size, colour ref, special instructions and price.

Lead times

Usually 7 to 10 working days from receipt of order and artwork approval unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery

Standard delivery is by a next day courier unless otherwise agreed.
